I had a plumber install some new baseboard heating in my basement at the end of the 2012 winter season. earlier this year, in january 2013, i noticed that the heater didnt seem to be working. i called rapid repairs and Elly, the owner, was at my house an hour later. he spent about 20 minutes doing a full diagnosis of the problem and then explained it to me in a way i could understand. he quoted me a price for the work, and the amount of time it would take to do the job. we rescheduled for later in the week when i would be home.
he arrived promptly, and finished the job in the time he estimated. but the most impressive thing was that he cleaned up after himself. every contractor i have ever had do work in my house has left a mess there. elly was clean, courteaous, and most of all honest.
i have had him come back twice since then to do other work and i have always been extremely satisfied
