They really are dishonest and nearly criminal. I left them after they agreed on a price and then changed the information on a contract to reflect a different price. IN FACT, they could produce an original of the contract. What they do is write one price that was verbally agreed, then, cross it out, but protect the carbon copy from having the scratched out price. Then when you dispute, they only show the carbon copy. Fraud at its best.

I had items stolen from my car and had to have a police report filed. They stole from me and then became belligerent when I told them about it. They had me file a claim which they never honored. In fact, they do not even return your calls. I would stay as far away for this garage as possible. You are much safer parking in the streets. They do not have cameras and they leave your car open all night in the garage. I was also told by an employee that this happens all the time. When I mentioned this to Louis the manager, he was more concerned with who made the comment then correcting the problem. I could not imagine a worse business to deal with.
