pros: cheap and quick
cons: i highly doubt they checked what kind of oil my car requires - something I thought was standard for oil changes. they used conventional oil instead of synthetic blend (which is what's on the car manual), and i only know this because i asked. the man behind the counter was a little short on words and courtesies, but that doesn't really bother me. the oil change so quick I'm pretty sure they didn't do all those other checks they have listed on the board (supposedly a 14-step thorough check of filters/fluids and such). oil changes on my car (SUV) usally take about 40 mins...they were done in about 10 :-O
long story short - i'll need to get another oil change this weekend...there goes $35 down the tube.
if your car uses conventional oil, this may be a good option. if you're not sure which type your car needs, i wouldn't recommend going here - they will not check. and the different types of oil DO make a difference on your engine, so you have to get the right one.
