DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We contracted this company to handle multiple shipments of goods. They broker the freight out and one of the pallets had about a third of the merchandise stolen. I submitted a claim. Then they sent another shipment of ours using the same trucking company! Why?? Well of course that one was stolen from again. Even worse the 2nd time. Nevertheless, I would not complain if they handled it properly. Instead, Rapid Express Freight has failed to follow up on our claims. They do not answer emails or phone calls. Stay away from this company.
