Well I would describe this Spa as comical, with very poor organization, freezing cold, and there was a lack of confidence from the staff. I was asked to change which I did , but I had to share a space, with the one of the staffs clothing. plus no sliprers, I would have bailed out but I was to far in.
Then the manager asked me to fill out recommendation, on her I pad... I refused. Shame because with good training and leadership it could be really good and handy for the Javits exhibitors! I thought the Filipino Lady knew what she was doing, but seemed a bit frustrated.
Plus I think some of the positive reviews could be fake, or way out of date!
If you want a laugh then, come here, perhaps it would be a good idea for TV show!
