I've been going to Rani since they opened in Forest Hills and the salon was located on the opposite side of the street a block away. I get my eyebrows & lips done at Rani as needed every 2 to 3 weeks. I always see Roshmi. She does a great job and is always so pleasant. I've tried other Eyebrow places but for me this is the best!!!

I made an appt for makeup before my son's wedding -- confirmed it the Friday before! -- showed up on time that morning and was told that the makeup artist was running late. After 20 minutes I was told she would be 2 or so hours late and they were sorry. No explanation -- no real regret. Luckily Spectrym on Austin Street was able to do an emergency makeup. Again, no real regret or explanation from Rani for what could have ruined my day.

i love their service. i went to get my eyebrows done but with that i also got a mini facial.(free) they applies their red rose mask on me. my skin feels great. i am loving it. they always offering something free. and its always worth trying!
