Five star quick client service. Over expectations!

I contacted Randa luggage regarding, purchase of a wheel for my Timberland Suitcase.
Not only was their customer service outstandingly quick. They replaced my suitcase !! - How awesome is a company that goes the extra mile to make sure customers are well taken care of.

I purchased some luggage from this company in 2010. They are the manufacturer for brands like Diane von Furstenberg, Anne Klein, etc. They have a 10 year warranty and while we have beat up on our luggage over the years, they have totally honored their warranty. The claims process is super easy, just fill out a short form and attach some photos and within days we have a new bag. The bag is always the same size as the old one, but usually it is a new design. Most of their styles are good. Ideally, I'd have a matching set but you really can't have it all.

As a comparison, I bought a "fancy" bag from Samsonite and had lots of trouble with the stitching in less than 1 year. Samsonite "doesn't cover" stitching and the repair process means 1) bringing it into a store or paying for shipping, 2) waiting 5-6 weeks for a repair.

Clearly, the way to go here is Randa. They are priced lower and have a solid warranty that they'll honor without inconveniencing you.
