Dishonest and Unethical.
Only in it for the money, Dr Rand was ordered to provide a forensic report in a custody matter in front of New York Supreme court. His bias is based on money and illicit contact with the attorneys.
It was not until I insisted on Dr Rand calling collateral witnesses, this after months of having the names of these witnesses, that he called them. Calls made just to go through the motions of calling them, but without any real investigative effort.
Two of these collateral witness are Psychiatrists and both related the same story about Dr Rand. He didn't ask any in depth questions. He was one sided in his approach, and had little or no knowledge of Child Psychology.
Dr Rand is untrustworthy, numerous statements in his report are directly contradicted by statements he made in his interviews.
He does this for the money and no other reason. He Is not Honest, he misrepresents facts to present a voluminous expensive biased report, with such blatant inaccuracies, that are made to ensure an excessive amount of court time at Mark Rand's even Higher Rate of pay. Several lawyers I spoke with said the same thing about Dr Rand, he is known for being very expensive.
