Another overpriced place where all they care is how much they can rip u for. Got a problem with engine misfiring in my toyota corolla, took it to them. Was basically told that the spark plugs have gone bad. The estimate they gave me was 380 dollars. I know a spark plug costs about 5 bucks, and changing all 4 of them is about 15-20 min jobs. When I questioned the estimates, they started making things up and eventually came down to $330. I wanted the car immediately to pick up my kids and had to agree with that but seriously if I had another good option in the neighborhood, would have never gone to them. Anyways, i am not going back to them anytime in future.

I was referred to them by my super. I immediately felt at home with my new mechanic. The lady running the office is very pleasant and goes out of her way to please. The owner is an older gentleman with an established shop. I was given straight answers and good work. I have now ordered parts for some body work. I checked the prices given and they are very reasonable. I don't go out of my way to write reviews. When I saw the other poor review I felt I should to give it the balance they deserve.

If I could give this place minus stars, I WOULD! What a horrible first impression they have made. Took my car there since they are approved by AAA and wanted a second opinion after being recommended a series of repairs at the dealership, I was told that all my car needed was tire rotation/balancing, new battery and engine mount. I approved the services and was told that everything but the engine mount would be done today. When picking up my car there was a very upset customer claiming they had done repairs to his car without authorization and something that was not needed because the card had recently been at the dealership. I ignored the situation thinking that customer was just trying to negotiate a lower price. When my turn came I was notified that 'suddenly' my airbag and horn were not working; the recommendation was to replace a part for another $350, one of the owners told me to order the part and as a favor they would replace it for free (IN THESE ECONOMIC TIMES A MECHANIC IS GOING TO WORK FOR FREE?!). Those were not even the repairs that I took my car for, they tried to take advantage because I am a woman and don't know anything about cars. My horn and airbag were working when I dropped off the car 4 hours earlier. I asked them to pull the car out of the shop since I’d rather return to the dealer and it was suddenly discovered that the battery that I was already charged for was never replaced! When I told them I would report them with AAA and the Better Business Bureau they returned my money, I did not go there to get anything for free and don't feel this is a serious or trustworthy business. I will warn everyone I know to stay away. Now I will have to take my car to the dealership and pay to undo whatever they did to persuade me into purchasing a part I did not need in the first place. Never in a million years would I return to this place or recommend it to anyone, instead I will warn everyone I know to stay away, I will also report them with AAA and with the Better Business Bureau. STAY AWAY!
