Ramada Yonkers

Nice rooms, beds were ok.

Nothing caught my eye as extremely good or extremely bad about this hotel on this visit. However I had a bad experience in the past with a wedding party being too loud and the front desk not doing anything about it at about 3 in the morning.

This hotel is obnoxiously disgusting. From the moment that I exited the elevator I smelled dirty diapers. This is hands down the worst hotel that I've ever been in. I will definitely call corporate to file a formal complaint. This hotel should not carry the ramada name.

Staff was ok at check in. Place was cold because they had all the exits and entrances open, guess to air the hotel out. Left our room went to a repass. We triple checked out door when we left. 3 folks checked it. When we came back lights were on and the doors were open. We reported it to the hotel front desk, he told us manager would be in in the morning. We had to park on the extra lot. Two guys and two girls seem to be renting a room. By time we complain about our room opened, the 2 couples, opened an entrance and 5 additional guys came through the entrance and went in the room. It was raining and cold outside we just stayed we took turns sleeping. The club on the 1st floor, music was so loud. I called, they said music will be off by 1:30 AM. Five minutes later the music was turned up. This is not a family hotel. This is a low class motel. Our funeral is at 9 Am. God help us. I will be writing Ramada corporate office. Why would you put your name on a hotel when it's a motel.

Room is clean and everything works.
Convenient vending machines.
Helpful staff.
Great breakfast.
Family of 4, we attend this hotel very frequently.
