Stained furniture. Decent bathroom and sink. Warm room on a freezing cold day. 2/5 star hotel.

Good, clean, pretty modern place. Rooms have always been clean and neat. Spot on Continental breakfast.

The only bad experience of this trip was the drive to the location. Even though it is on Route 46, you can't just get off if route 46 to get there

Nice, friendly staff very helpful.
Breakfast was good. Needs more room for new equipment in the breakfast area.
Wish the shuttle to Willowbrook would be in the afternoon and evening instead of the morning.
Needs better pillows. More blankets.
I will come back again.

I was there with a wedding party...Sept. 27, 2015. Shower was moldy & the drain looked like it had never been cleaned. AC didn't work, but I didn't notice until I was back from the wedding celebrations. They had someone look at it & it was in fact broken so I was offered 25% off by the desk clerk that night...told me to speak with the Manger Ashley the next morning which I did & she gave me 50% off & then was rude about it--stated I wouldn't get the room for free because I stayed in it. They had no other rooms available so what options did I have when traveling with a four month old baby. She then told me to speak with GM Kim who did apologize for Ashley but then also said that they could still have charged 2-3 times as much for the room even without AC since the local hotels were also sold out. That just leads me to believe you rented rooms knowing that had problems...Never ever again will I do business here! I would have paid 2-3 times more to stay anywhere else. Horrible rooms & horrible guest services. The only nice person & friendly person that I encountered was the shuttle driver. If I could give less than 1 star I would!!!!
