Ramada Jersey City

Worst experience ever. Heaters were not working..after talking to staff for hour and trying different foolish way finally staff asked me to move to other room with no heater working..finally they gave me portable heater which was making noise...strongly suggest not to stay here

Staff seems to be very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in desperate need of renovation. Had a really hard time sleeping due to what sounded like water pipes. Very few tv stations. There is wifi but very poor connection. There are no vending machines, however they do sell some snacks. You will over pay by at least 3-4 dollars. Very limited selection. Continental breakfast wasn't very good.

Horrible service.. They didn't have the room type, that we had booked a month ago, available.. Had us moving between rooms for the three days that we were here.. They have free breakfast though and there were many restaurants near by for dinner..

i would not come back again to this hotel. when we came to EWR airport we went to the P4 station where the hotel shuttles come to pick up their passengers. we called to Ramada hotel and they said shuttle will be there in a MOMENT. it took 45 mins for them to come and pick us up. and the excuse was TRAFFIC......location is really great as only 2 blocks away from path station.
we stayed 4 nights there and saturday morning we had flight from EWR around 10:30 am so we left the hotel at 8:00 AM and we stuck to the traffic on one of the highway/freeway for almost 1 and half hour. we informed to shuttle driver that we are going to miss our flight and he said this is the only way to go to the airport from jersey city. meanwhile we called to the hotel too saying what we are going to do as driver is saying this is the only way to go to the airport and the front desk staff says IT IS LIKE WEATHER. WE CAN'T PREDICATE THAT IT IS GOING TO BE THAT MUCH TRAFFIC. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT SORRY!!!! we understand that if it is traffic we can't force to proceed to the way but there is always another way to go to the airport via another city which they didn't take after waiting for 1 and half hour there and during this time we only drive less them 1 MILE... after 9:25 am driver decided to go back to the another city and we reached to the EWR airport around 10:00 am and we can't check in to the scheduled flight. US Airways rescheduled our flight for 3:00 pm and that flight actually took off around 4:30pm to the Charlotte. and from there we got another flight to go our final destination and we reached to home around 11:00 PM at night. if we had direct flight we would reach home within 4 hours and just bcos of that incident we waited our whole day at different airport and having a toddler with us it was exhausted.
ADVICE: book the hotel in NEWARK instead of JERSEY CITY AND SPECIALLY NOT TO RAMADA.

No parking. Room was a bit dirty. Only value is the location near Manhattan.
