I recently wrote a review on Yelp as well. We had a horrible experience with the owner , and I do not recommend you to order from here! My kids were sick the night before after eating pizza, I called to let the owner know as a courtesy and said it may not be the pizza and I was not calling to complain just letting him know in case others have called to complain. The Owner was defensive and yelled at me on the phone, even after I clarified that I was not blaming him but I have decided to not order from Ralphy's and I will make sure that others in my neighborhood stop ordering as well.

Don't order from here!

Stopped in to grab a slice of pizza and garlic knots. At no point should a slice of pizza with potatoes and onions cost $4 dollars. $7 dollars for a slice of pizza and garlic knots.The audacity of some of these pizza places to charge the amount they do and this place is no different. But the slice and knots were good. Would like to go back but there are just better deals in the area for that price

Terrible place. I had an issue with the food and when I called, the owner spoke with me but hung up on me because he didn't want to hear the complaint. I called back and he actually started yelling at me saying he does not want my business and didn't even let me explain my complaint.

In today's day and age, how can someone like this own a restaurant and expect to get customers by treating me this way? If something goes wrong with an order which is the restaurant's fault, the restaurant should be polite and make it right; not yell at customers. You have lost my business as I will never order from this place again.

Their employee didn't honor their special which stated that you get a free slice if you buy 1 item on a Monday or Tuesday. He made me buy two slices just to get a free slice. The atmosphere wasn't friendly or pleasant. And there wasn't anything special about their pizza; you can find similar ones at a better restaurant in bergen county. Definitely won't be returning.
