Rallye Motors

This place is not honest and lies in order to sell cars. We bought a 2012 mercedes benz c-class in 2013 from this dealership.

The sale rep Jerry is funny and friendly, but is not an honest sales person. Greg, the financial rep, was even more dishonest and lied to me about loan conditions, payments, and I am paying top dollar on a defective mercedes benz with terrible brakes and the gas pedal is delayed. The brake pads always rust, which they said happens on all mercedes benz.

I have excellent credit, and should not be making high payments on such a subpar car. I contacted them several times, in which they ignore me or tell me they will call me back and never do. Emailing them just gets me advertisements about how great they are.

If you want to be sold a partial lemon at the highest price possible, use Roslyn Rally E by all means. If you want more honest mercedes benz dealerships, deal with Smithtown or Saint James...they seem to have better model cars and the sales people don't try to act like your friend, while stabbing you in the back with high interest rates, the highest value prices on defective floor models, and lies to sell the car..

Their motto should be, "We say what we have to say to sell, then afterwards you can go to hell."

Some people might have had good experiences, I wish I could say the same and the company could make right on this clunker they sold us. Hopefully these dishonest people are not there anymore, but even so they never ever helped us with the loan issues or the car problems.

Great experience with Rallye, the staff here is easy and friendly to work. Nick.L is my sales rep, he's absolutely wonderful to work with! others are great too. Joe is my service advisor, he gets my service done in a timely manner. This is definitely my fav mercedes dealership in NY.

Already got 2 leases from here. E350 coupe and a c300. Their sales team is second to none and the service department is exceptional. I will never purchase a car from another MB dealer!!

My brother Don said he has purchased or leased several cars from Rallye. One of the key reasons he is a returning customer is not just because of their great sales team, but also their excellent Service Advisors. One of their standouts is Carol Clark-Muniz @ Rallye BMW. She is patient, articulate and extremely knowledgeable about BMWs. Carol also goes above and beyond the call of duty. As an example, he recently came in for an unexpected repair, which was quite costly. Carol took the initiative to review his service history and determined that the repairs were still under warranty based on prior work. Carol also took the time to recommend another BMW vehicle that might be better suited for him and I’m strongly considering it. His loyalty to the BMW brand is tied to his experience at Rallye, which is directly correlated to all of Carol’s efforts. 

Marie was excellent, very friendly, very knowledgable, provided great advice and suggestions for maintenence without pushing anything down my throat. Service was completed within an hour, when I had expected to wait for a couple hours. All in all the best service appointment I've had in a very long time. Will definately look to Marie and the team at RALLYE for future service needs.
