Just picked up my 3rd Lexus from Rallye and its all because of Kevin Losee. My first experience with Kevin was back in 2012 and then again last year when my wife got her vehicle from Kevin. This experience was by far a testament to the great personalized attention Kevin has given me as a customer. Last year I had mentioned that I liked the black on black version of my vehicle. A couple of days ago Kevin reached out to me and let me know that Rallye had just received a black on black fully loaded GS and he wanted me to take a look at it. I wasn't really in the market but it was worth a look. Kevin took the time to get an estimate on my trade in and by the time I arrived the car was waiting, the estimate was in and all I had to do was say I wanted it. A couple of hours later I was driving away with my new car. I loved my old car but this one topped it in every category. Thanks to Kevin remembering I had expressed an interest I now have an amazing new car.

Horrible service experience! I was traumatized and nearly in tears because the service rep, Joanna Oats, who was really nasty to me! Stay away from this terrible woman. She is a horrible person and you are better off not interacting with her. She is rude and totally unprofessional. She should not be at the front desk dealing with customers. I complained about her to the service manager. The least they can do is have her apologize to me. I plan to file a complaint with BBB.

Rallye Lexus has done it again, or should I say their top-notch Sales Rep Kevin Losee! I am generally not a car person, but when I find what I want, I want it. Not a car “like it”, or similar to, but the exact vehicle. Kevin listened and obliged immediately. I walked away with my second Lexus purchase and with the exact vehicle I wanted. I am BIG on customer service, not once did I feel “pressured” or “taken for a ride” by him or any of the other associates I met with. Kevin stayed in contact with me from the time he told me the car I wanted would be available, until he put my keychain on my new set of keys, and switched out my plates. I knew again I made the right decision to stay! The entire experience was absolutely flawless. Time is something I really do not have a lot of, especially on a very busy Saturday afternoon (not to mention I wasn’t feeling very well), and Kevin and his team were very respectful of that. I didn’t sit in any office for hours- I literally came in, deal was done, came back the next day and drove off. ALL vehicle purchases should be that way.
I also need to share that I live on the South Shore of Long Island and there are two other Lexus Dealerships much closer to me than Rallye – which is located on the North Shore. I say that because this goes to show the level of professionalism and courtesy given not just to me but all of their customers and I would rather give my business here than with anyone else. I have gone to both of the other two dealerships and they do not compare to the “kid glove” experience received at Rallye. All of my recommendations for vehicle purchases always end up with me saying “you should go to Rallye Lexus!”

This dealership has to be by far one of the worst I've experienced. I've serviced my car here numerous times and every experience has been a disaster. They did provide me with a loaner but on two different occasions they called to let me know car was ready for pick up, once I get there they bring it out with a flat tire, and what bothered me most the kid saw the flat and still drove it from the lot to me. Then when car was finally ready after a 3 weeks in service (and when I say service I mean wheel replacement.. It took them 3 weeks at a time to replace a rim twice) I get the car back without my spare tire. So I go back and speak with the manager and he had the nerve to accuse me of taking it and calling them liars, over the weekend manager promised to run his shop and guess what they find? My spare tire. After avoiding this dealership for nearly 8 months I stopped by today to check why the steering wheel was shaking, I guess was a bent rim, they wanted to throw a quick one over my head, with diagnostic fees and a bunch of non sense. I've had it with these unprofessional people at this dealership that think they are riding on a high horse, I took my business to a different dealer. Without any bs my advisor told me its either bent rim or balance and they checked it free of charge and will be replacing my Rim though the tire and wheel insurance. I've held back on negative reviews but today's event pushed me over. I will not be returning to this dealership ever.

Purchased a certified LS460 from Rallye and my salesperson, David Tubens a couple of weeks ago. This is the 2nd car I have purchased from this dealership, which should, in itself, say something good about my experiences with them. Dave worked with me on getting the best pricing possible on this car (I had researched prices all over on the web), finding the car I wanted, and walking me through how everything worked. I also found their service department to be great, when we needed to do a couple of tweaks after I had the car. They were fast & did what I needed right the first time. All-around good experience and definitely a great car!
