Rallye Collision Center

I have been working with Rallye Collision for many years with my Acura, my Lexus and my Mercedes. You cannot ask for better workmanship. I was never disappointed. Instead of dealing with the insurance company, Rallye represents on my behalf and gets the negotiations done efficiently. The shop is very busy though. So, if you want to know status of the repair, you sometime have to call the shop to find out. I dealt with Ken Jacobs every single time, and you cannot find a better person to work for you. He is extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and very responsive (he is very busy, so leave him a message, he will get back to you shortly). I would not consider any other body shop for your beloved vehicles, especially if they are fairly new.

If I could give another star, I would. In the past, I had taken my car to local shops to be fixed or touched up. Never again would I do that after the service I received at Rallye. Ken in particular made the experience top notch for me, ensuring that I was kept in the loop during my car's service period and returning my car in even better shape than it was when I bought it new. I know that doesn't sound possible, but that is surely how I felt when I picked up my car after repair. Ken is accessible, real, and an outstanding overall professional to work with. 100% consider Rallye Collision Center for any of your car service needs, and make sure you have the opportunity to work with Ken - he made all the difference!

Rallye Collision was the worst experience ever. My Lexus car 2014 was front damage Rallye Collision Center Mr Jacob Collision Advisor promised to put genuine parts But they Put ALL after market cheap parts. Front Bumper , Hood, Head light Assy ,Front grill All parts very cheap quality. Parts didn't even fit properly. Went there 3 times to fix issue Still not resolved.
I will Never Ever recommend this shop to any one

These guys are damn awesome. Ken is the man, he knows his sh*t. I always bring my cars here, despite living in CT. I would not take my car to any other place.

I just has my 2013 BMW 328i repaired by Rallye Collision, and am very happy with their services.They were very honest and professional. I would highly recommend them to all of my family and friends. If you liked the way you were treated in the olden days in terms of kindness and respect, you will really like the people at Rallye Collision! Their work is at the very finest. My car was ready when promised and the workmanship is excellent. I wish more places would be like Rallye.
