Rajbhog incorrectly fulfilled my online order; which is OK you know things happen. The problem comes from the lack of resolution and rudeness. I emailed two different address (one with a salesman, one with a corporate dropbox) with a courteous request of looking into the matter of my faulty order with no replies.
Two days later I call the location from where the order had shipped (60 Amity St.) and there was a communication problem with the woman over the phone. She hung up on me twice. The first time I thought it was a normal disconnect; but when I redialed the phone immediately hung up. The person didn't seem to be able to look up the customer or transaction ID numbers. Her most pressing question in reply to mine was, "Where are you from. Where are you from?". (Raised in PA)
Maybe I'm reading too much into it; but it felt akin to walking into an Italian deli and have the guy at the counter give you a look of "What the hell are you doing here?" instead of a simple smile. I suppose if I could speak Hindi or write Devanagari things may have went different; but I doubt it. This level of service transcends.
My heart sank a bit on this; I'm not out a ton of money or anything. There's nothing I can really do about.

I gave them another star. The company reached out with an apology and restitution. It doesn't change what happened of course, but I appreciated the effort to make right.
