I love this store because it literally has everything at pretty good prices, but the employees are less than helpful and often rude.

walk into the store looking for tri-wing screwdriver, the man in hardware was very rude and totally unhelpful. I find one product that contains 16 bits, one being a triwing, but it looked too large for the job, alas it was my only option... for $20. Anyway, i head to the checkout to inquire about the return policy, and the nice clerk lady says "yes you can return for full refund" before getting cut off by her co-worker saying "nope, not on tools" I explain the situation and and they say "oh well" at that point i just said never mind. might have just lost $20, but instead i would rather wait one day and order the exact product i need for $4. Why make it so hard for diy-ers? anyway, stupid policy, uninformed employees and rude employees. 0 stars if possible.
