Today I called to make sure to pick my child, but they did not show up. when I call thm back to know where are they, they said they are not coming because it is a half-day. Look how horrible their srevice they have.THis companey is a horrable companey. THey do not know how to be on time for a pickup and getting your kid to school ontime is also a issue. the service stinks no one knows what to do. U R very lucky to get a english speaking driver even. or even a driver that know there way around the 5 bourghs.
