Woke to 2-3 inches of water throughout entire basement. I was so apprehensive about calling just "anyone" off the internet at 6 am but we needed service as soon as possible. A Rainbow in a different city couldn't get to us in time and suggested I call the Fairfield location. I did and spoke with Joe who dispatched a crew of 2 people (Justin & Ryan). They were exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and very reliable. It took almost a week to fully dry but they were diligent checking the progress every day, adjusting fans if needed. They managed to turn an extremely stressful situation around completely. I can't speak for all of Rainbow International, just the Fairfield location. Hopefully we aren’t in need of their services again, but wouldn’t hesitate to call or suggest this team…you’d be in good hands every step of the way.
