They are HORRIBLE!!!!! Please people don't waist your time with this company! Very un-professional, took them 3hrs literally to pick my mother up. Everytime we called to asked what was going on female dispatch would lie and give different excuses! Terrible business!!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I would give 0 stars but google doesn't let you. Horrible and rude dispatchers with attitudes and drivers take HOURS for pick up and drop offs. I have no idea how they are still in business. DO NOT USE this transportation service.

This company is arguably the worst transportation service I've ever had to use. They are consistently 2 hours late. When I call for the drivers ETA the lame female operators always lie and say "he's 15 minutes away", mind you the driver won't show for usually another hour or so. Hire these people if you like be disappointed.

I dont know about the other posts here, but I have been using Rainbow for some time for my grandmother and we are very happy with them. The drivers are always professional and courteous and they come on time. I also have never had a problem calling the office to cancel or reschedule and appointment. I will continue using Rainbow and I would recommend them as well.
