Went to Rails for NYE and to celebrate my little girls birthday. The restaurant was so well decorated and did not have that steakhouse stuffiness. It was so inviting and staff was amazing especially manager, our server and meeting owner who was such a humble person. Everyone loved their food especially the kids which this is a place that is so kid friendly for the whole family.

Love the food, service needs a little help - hostess is stiff and unfriendly at best. I sympathize with other users about the chair dragging and noise of setting up other tables. When I was there last I watched the waitstaff set and reset a group table several times (moved it, added, took away chairs), ended up the group didn't want the table or was a no show, not sure, but dealt with A LOT of chair dragging and table dragging noise while trying to eat. The staff was very confused and very loudly debating about their confusion as we tried to eat. And yes, the 2 top tables are just RIDICULOUSLY SMALL and UNCOMFORTABLE. I will be back, but have my fingers crossed for improvements. Also, $3 for a soda, please make it Coca Cola like I asked for, not some generic brand, it tastes gross - When a customer asks for a Coke and you bring 'Cola', trust me, they now. PS- prices are fair, but if they go up, 50% of the crowd will stop showing on principle alone, so please don't push it owners, so far, so good for the most part.

Amazing atmosphere. Definitely a lot of money put into to this place, which translates into the prices. I wouldn't mind the pricing if the food was to that standard. Had a crab salad with lots of shell pieces in it, felt like it was going to break a tooth. Also had a burger and some other appetizers and everything was overly salty. Drinks were good, dessert was delicious. Hostess wasn't very pleasant but all the people downstairs in the speakeasy were clearly enjoying their jobs. I am not upset I went because it was a cool experience but I most likely won't be coming back.

The restaurant is incredibly beautiful. It is a steakhouse and unfortunately, two of the three steaks we ordered were not cooked as requested. A very pricey inconvenience to us and a mistake on the chef's part. One of our party sent her steak back and it returned black and not really edible. Our dessert came with a soup spoon instead of a smaller spoon, which seemed very odd, as if someone had overlooked this detail; you don't eat dessert with a soup spoon, it's too large. Other than that, the service was very good and the rest of the meal was excellent.
