I have lived in the Housing Authority for majority of my life. I have had nothing but a pleasant experience thus far and I am certain I will continue this experience.
I'm not sure about the kind of experience the other reviewer had with them, but I find in terms of professionals you get what you give sometimes. I have never experienced any of the racism, maybe a soft eye roll when I've made a blunder when dealing with them, but not out and out racism. One thing I've learned about being a woman of color in the professional world, people almost automatically expect the loud, wild haughty attitude dashed with politeness, its best to pleasantly surprise people that this is not the case and they'll work with you lots. And that's what I've gotten from the workers at RHA a whole lot of "we'll work with you"
