I went here for a "diversity" job fair. Big mistake. Unless you were Indian/Hispanic, it was a waste of time. They clearly showed a bias during the group interview to a young Indian woman who had never even had her own classroom before (while there was a white woman with an advanced degree and a black woman with actual experience in the room). It's a shame that the district feels the need to hire based on race and not the most qualified.
