Owner told my 80 year old mother to 'put a little muscle in it' to open chlorine dispenser. They still can't open it, actually, no one can. No return of phone calls. They're only interested in maintenance customers. Unreliable, horrible service. Do yourself a favor and find another pool company

Just had raphael close my pool. He got us the cover, the pump, drilled the holes and closed the pool within 2 hours. I got the solid loop loc cover and he installed it perfectly.
Would def recommend for closing of your pool.

Rafael was so helpful during the construction of our pool last year. We hired a company who went belly up right in the middle of our construction. On top of that, it was the middle of summer so we could not anyone else to finish our pool. After asking around and making a few calls, we got in touch with Rafael who fit us in within just a few weeks. He walked into a complete mess and somehow got the job, someone else's job, done with and completed beautifully.

They may be a bit cheaper, but very unreliable, very unprofessional and always too busy to do anything professional. Seems like he has a lot of kids working part time while they are out of school. Please find someone else. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE Check him on the Internet and read all the reviews.
