Radisson Hotel New Rochelle

Attended a party in the downstairs room. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Food was good. Facilities were nice. Drinks were a little disappointing. Too strong to the point where they were not good. Rum and coke was way more rum than coke. Same with whiskey sour. Otherwise evening was great.

The room was nice. It's the first Radisson Hotel I've been to that had a refrigerator. The shower and restroom was very modern. Great room experience, but that's where it stops.
They have a bar and lounge located on the first floor across from the front desk. They did not warn us about the noise it produces or the length of time that it carries on for. We checked in at 8 o'clock music started at around 9 and didn't stop until 2:30am! Like I said the lounge is on the first floor our room was on the 4th floor and we heard the music crystal clear.

I'd left my luggage in the parking lot as I checked out.My mistake obviously rushing after a long days work heading back out of state to go home for the wknd.After calling numerous times and recieving no call backs from management my 5th time calling back someone finally told me my bags were found..Upon my arrival they hand me one bag with some contents inside with a written note on the bag which said 2 bags that were found in the parking lot...exactly...where's my second bag with my $150 boots... sketchy...tons of cameras in the parking lot but why use them right..glad to upgrade someones wardrobe ! Don't stay here !

DONT USE THIS AS YOUR WEDDING HOTEL! I picked the Raddison as the hotel to block rooms off for our wedding. At first things seemed great, we sat down with the sales manager and told her we had a big wedding and needed a good amount of rooms. We went with a block of 20 although we were nervous it may not be enough. The manager assured us that she thought it was a good amount of rooms and that if we have a lot of people booking early, it should be easy to add rooms to our block. As of now it is 5 months till the wedding and our block is full. Friends and family have been calling being told that there are rooms still available in the hotel that weekend but none in our block. I spoke with 2 managers both said that they could not extend the number of rooms in our block. They keep saying the hotel is full, even though multiple staff members have told friends and family that is not true. We have already paid and set transportation for only one hotel location. My finance and I will now start to advise our family and friends to cancel their reservations at the Raddison and we will book with another hotel. OVERALL VERY UNACCOMIDATING!!
