Radisson Hotel JFK Airport

Overnighted here due to a canceled flight. Was a nice hotel. Super staff, fast wifi and minutes from JFK.

Everything seemed fine until shower time, started taking shower the water doesn't come completely up to shower head so you end up with half water in shower head and half on the bottom, plus bottom part is loose from wall. Second, I noticed water was staying in bathtub , indeed it is clogged and it filled up almost halfway .. Yes ! So after I showered I called front office they said they will send maintenance and about 3 hours later I'm still waiting it is 9:59pm Im ready to go sleep. Dislike !! Thumbs down !

Lovely hotel. We stayed here prior to our flight and took advantage of the option to leave our car here for the two weeks were gone before staying again when we got back. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was also helpful and nice both times

It's not the closest to the airport but the shuttle does run every half hour.

Our stay at Radisson was complimentary through Emirates airline and was only one night. It is extremely close to the airport but quite the distance from the city if you were planning to sight see. The room was really nice and the bed large and very comfortable. It was a short but nice stay.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!
I have left my car parked at the Radisson JFK Airport hotel for 18 days and- When I went to pick it up , the car was scratched . Due to the fresh paint scratch , It was possible to see That It had just happened . An Incident report was completed and the employee Told me to call his manager Jose in one week . After one week I called Jose, the manager , and he was extremely rude on the phone saying that he had reviewed the cameras and the paint scratch was not from there and said that I can speak with a lawyer if I am not satisfied with the answer. What type of service is that? My car would Have Been safer if I had parked it on the streets .
