Been in this neighborhood since before this store location opened, but never really found their service to be that great until this year. I think what's changed is that they have a manager now, Lacy, who is just awesome to buy from. She has an impressive wealth of knowledge about electronics, and has that rare ability to discuss features, options and choices so that it helps you come to a decision, not feel blown out of the water. One month, Lacy helped my teen daughter make up her mind about what camera she wanted so quickly I was astonished. Weeks later my family came back with a cell phone dilemma, and in under an hour we had an awesome cell phone purchase strategy that got us all what we wanted from our phones, at the price I expected. Lately, the staff Lacy's overseeing seems to be following her lead, being more helpful and knowledgeable than in times past. I've been so impressed, they are now my first stop when considering electronics.
