I purchased a phone around the holidays. The phone was purchase with what I thought was a warranty that I was told was full coverage. Two weeks later my phone was broken I went back to the store and the person KV told me to come back when the warrenty comes into play. Now my phone has a crack in the screen and the warrrenty company wont fix it without the screen being fix first!!! I was told I purchase a full warrenty why would anyone buy a half warrenty?! then the go warrenty company told me that the store should have fix the phone from the beginning because it was a defective phone. I spoke to the manager David and he trying didn't have one care of what my problem was, He said go ahead call Corp they aren't gonna fix this either!? Really? Im so fedup with this store I would travel the extra 10 miles and go to Best Buy or Target for my electronics.
