I've been here a couple of times and I've always had a horrible experience. The guy with the beard has an attitude problem and is extremely rude. I'm a radio shack fan and I buy alot of stuff from there but from now on, I will never go there.

It's Radio Shack. Overpriced, but you already knew that when you looked them up because you're in desperate need of an adapter/memory card/USB drive and can't wait for Amazon. The cost of convenience.

i called in to check if they have a charger compatible w/ my camcorder. 10 min later i came in and was sold some universal charger that was not compatible w/ my camcorder! stupid me for not double-checking what they sold me and stupid me for trusting them... btw, i couldn't return the product 20 min later (after i got back home and called them to explain the situation) and was only told: "sorry, it was a clearance item..." oh, and they confirmed they didn't have the compatible product, after all...
