NO STARS. Appointment made for installation of AC on a Friday afternoon. After 5 calls on my part to get updates on when the appointment would be, I was told they were coming, they were coming. 5 hours later, still no communication was made that the drivers were not going to make it that day. Lost a day waiting for service I paid for and NO ONE showed up. When asked to just deliver the AC, and I would install, that was declined!

This place is an unmitigated disaster. I wouldn't buy anything beyond vacuum cleaner bags from them.

My recent dishwasher purchase was an unending fiasco. First, the salesperson told me that all built-in dishwashers were, thankfully, 24" wide. Turns out I had a Viking that was 23.5". Not his fault, but his answer should have been, "Most are 24" but some may be different. You should check or have us check."

Delivery was promised in 7 days. After 7 days I was told that the model number had changed and they had to replace the order so I spent another 9 days doing my dishes by hand.

When the dishwasher finally did arrive the installer unpacked the crate on top of a good rug. When he worked in the kitchen he put no protection on the floor and proceeded to scratch the floor. When I complained he told me it would clean up easily. Two hose clamps were left off of the hoses resulting in a leak.

The machine was a panel-ready model. The method of attachment for the new model was not the same as for the old model. The installer spent 20 minutes explaining to me how I would have to drill the dishwasher door to install the panel and that would probably void the warrantee. After I threw him out of the house I looked at the installation instructions which clearly explained how to install the panel on this particular machine.

When I called the owner, Kenny, about what had happened he was more concerned about the fact that I had cussed out his installer (after discovering the floor scratches and he telling me that I should have told him to put down protection) than the fact that his company had totally fallen down on the job.
