The apartments had rats and mice in the walls when I lived in them. Cockroaches the size of small rats also it was so gross my girl made us move out before our lease was up.

Radiant Property Management (Newark Office) is a very unreliable establishment. They are very unprofessional and do not handle people with respect. I have been out of there property and they have yet to refund me my deposit. I have tried calling several times and they have failed to call me back on every occasions over the last six months.
Not to mention when I was living there they neglected to fix property damage that was due to water pipes busting in the building. One of the obstructions were in the hall way leading to my front door, which was a risk to me and my guess. This ground work was left incomplete for over a year. My bathroom had a leak which resulted in the destruction of part of my bathroom wall. Following the fixing of the pipe they failed to ever finish the job.

Be very careful when dealing with Southern Property Management!
