I have been living in the 2 bedroom duplex for almost 3 months now. I like that it's pet friendly. Neighbors are friendly and we never hear any noise from them in the apartment. The apartment was recently updated to look exactly like the model. Quiet, nice place to live! I would reccomend it.

Beautiful property and spacious apartment. Best location in north Jersey. Close to great shops. Twenty minutes to Manhattan.

Really old buildings and the equipment/fixtures fail, and it takes quite a while before its fixed. The apartment was unclean when handed over and had to make multiple calls to replace some toilet fixtures as well as to clean the kitchen equipments'. There were nails sticking up in carpet, which we realized when my son got hurt by one. When complained we were asked to show the spots, and had to feel through the whole carpeted area to be hammered. There were nail tips on wooden floor too, which was at least easier to spot and fix.
Ongoing maintenance is also very poor, most likely as a result of too many requests that may be flooding in. Been having trouble with the AC (water dripping from ceiling below the installation) and it is already couple of times we have been asked to shut down the AC before someone can come to fix it, which may be a day or two. On hot days, its quite a discomfort even with some fans running.
I am not happy with my decision to move in here :(

Anyone who is moving to apartment please read this. dont make the mistake i made.
its been 2 weeks by now i am here , and there has not gone 1 day without having problems.
1. mosquitos- cannot go to patio after 5 pm and before 11am in the morning. there are lot of them.
2. no storage space at all. i live in 2 bedroom. kitchen is as small as you can think. you have to keep al your stuff in dining room. in the bedroom only one closet in each room. one is little bigger but the one in smaller room is very very small. if you have 1 kid, you hardly would have any spce. again you need to keep extra clothes in the room itself.
3. washer and dryyer are very small. half the time dryer you need to do twice to actually dry. it consumes a lot of electricity.
4. Toilets OMG you shud just notopt this apt just because of this. the toilet in powder room clogs every week. there is a 50$ charge if you call servicing person. office staff suggested to use plunger insteead of sending a free service as its only 2 weeks i am here. the second it clogged once. i tried plunger. now its 10th day and it again clogged. I am feeling everyday like suffocated here.
5. if you go to the park and you think its great you are very worng. its ful of mosquitoes in the evening and only good for 6 and above. if you have a smaller kid there is nothing other than one swing and you really dont want to get your infant in a park where there are dragon mosquitoes.
