Stay away. Do NOT hire this company, specifically Leo, to transport your car. I am someone who rarely makes complaints and I have worked in customer service for years, so I know it can be stressful, but I honestly felt threatened by this man and extremely mistreated by this company and I want to prevent others from getting in the same mess that I did. My car was over 24 hours late, which would not have been a problem had anyone called me to warn me (like they said they would if they expected to be late), but I had to call multiple different numbers during a period of two days just to get in contact them and find out. They weren't even going to tell me. He also said he would call an hour before he arrived, which he did not. He did not drop my car off at the location I listed, but a mile away. Luckily I had someone to drive me to that location! When he got out of the truck he immediately started YELLING at me and was extremely sarcastic about the safety of my car. He did not put the ramp up enough for my car and scraped underneath. The location he chose had heavy traffic and the contract flew in the street when he left them on top of the car. If you're planning on moving across the country, or anywhere for that matter, and want to avoid extra stress and be treated like a customer who just paid over $900 for a service, please avoid this place and go with another company. I greatly regret using this service.
