This is the worst company ever! Their driver was very rude and ignorant from the start! I work for a non-profit agency that provides cribs to needy families throughout Essex County, NJ. The driver left the cribs on a flat bed in the street in a puddle of water and demanded I "get my stuff." We asked him to place the delivery on the side walk in front of the agency and he continued to yell how it's not his job and if I want the delivery to "get my stuff." He became very irate and yelling to the point where people passing by stopped and the building security guard came outside. We eventually refused the order which made him even madder. Save yourself the time and use a different company!

Oh, how I wish I can give them 0 stars. Their customer service agents are beyond rude. Their so-called "manager" do not call back for follow up. They claim our package was left at the loading dock to be sent out but now they have no clue where it went. The manager's attitude is just like uhh yeah s**t happens..Please do yourself a favor and avoid this carrier at all cost.

ABSOLUETLY HORRIBLE. FREIGHT CAME IN DAMAGED, CLEARLY VISIBLE BECAUSE THE BOXES ARE DAMAGED. TRUCK DRIVER DROPPED IT OFF NEXT TO THE MAILBOX AND CAME TO MY FRONT DOOR TO GET MY SIGNATURE BEFORE I CAN INSPECT IT. TRIED TO GET THE DAMAGED MERCHANISE REPLACED BY THE CARRIER BUT THEY WOULD NOT PAY FOR ANYTHING. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY AWAY!! BAD BUSINESS. BE WARNED

Awful. They were supposed to pick up 1 pallet on Monday at 3pm... When I called at 3:30pm they said they wouldn't be there until "around" 6:30pm. We are a business only open from 9am-5pm (which we made VERY clear beforehand) so we decided to push the pickup to Tuesday during business hours.
Again, they promised they'd be there around 3pm on Tuesday. Here we are at 5:30pm, and they "can't get in touch with the driver". No apology, no partial refund, no assurance. What a joke. I originally chose them to save $50 on a freight shipment over UPS or FedEx, next time I will just pay the extra money, and not waste my time with a carrier like R&L.
