The handling and care of my loved one was incomparable. I don't agree with other reviews. Planning a funeral is very difficult. The Ortiz Funeral Home staff provided impeccable service that is unmatched, they were very attentive to every single one of our needs. They treat you like family. This establishment has beautiful decor, very clean and has comforting feel. They are clear and concise and they make sure every detail is met.

This funeral home is the worse. They had to make it easy on the family and they made it worse. The bathrooms were dirty and smelled. The wallpaper was pealing off the wall and they were stapled to keep it from not falling. The room my uncle was in was dirty. The light stand by his coffin was covered with layers of dust. Then on top of that my aunt and cousin had to run to the church because the funeral home never booked the priest to come on the final night of his viewing. They didnt have a mass card holder, they had the heat on so high, the couch was ripped, no paper towel to dry ur hands. The make up job was horrible, didnt look nothing like my uncle.
