This place is the worst. When making arrangements, we got no compassion or any words of kindness. This man acted as if he were bothered by us being there to make arrangements.Before and during the service, never once did the staff come in to see if every thing was ok. They never put the cards out, I had to go in the office and ask for them, and they had attitude when I asked me the funeral signs for the cars. My mothers makeup was TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Please go elsewhere

At 8:01pm, we were informed that we had to start leaving. We already knew that and they kept looking in to make sure that the people were leaving in a hurry. This is NOT a department store. This is the last place that we, the people, get to see our loved ones. Your coldness and lack of sympathy showed me a lot. Heartless bastards just looking for dead bodies and trying to make a buck. Sorry for you loss Ms. Brown........NEXT!!!
