R&R Kitchens and More

I would not recommend this company for kitchen remodeling. Everything started out great (doesn't it always?). However, as the job progressed there were major communication breakdowns between members of the company and between the company and us. A four to five week job (and that was pushing it), turned into a 12 week job from the time we opened our permits to the time our permits were finally closed. Everything about my renovation was a pleasant experience. When the counters were installed, the project was overseen by the owner the whole time. They arrived on time, installed and cleaned up before they left. I am constantly looking at the counters and happy with my decision to work with

I am a small business owner in Woodbridge NJ who was definitly in need of some updates to my show room. I spoke with Jon over the phone. I asked him to come down and give me some ideas on how I can improve my room one step at a time. He threw a bunch of thoughts at me, and was even quick to put together a sketch so I would be able to invision the design. When I gave him my budget for the first project he suggested that I should start with getting rid of the dalapidated woden counter top and replace it with granite. He brought to my attention that this is the first thing customers see when walking though the front door of my shop. Jon added, this is where desissions based upon what they will spend and how comfortable they feel doing so are made. It took a little over a day and my new granite counter top was in... The place looks cleaner than ever due to one simple upgrade... I cant wait to move onto the next improvement... I recomend R&R to fit anyones need... Family businesses show a certain pride in their work and strive in customer service... I know this first hand, and john met every expectation.....
