Their customer service and execution after purchase I was very pleased with and would do business with again.

I was trying to locate and buy a 2016 Scott Foil Premium frameset. I contacted them via phone and spoke with Aldo who was extremely helpful in ensuring what I was described they had. Once we identified what I wanted and they had on hand, it took just a short period time of processing payment, shipping, and receiving the bike here in California.

So again, customer service was excellent. Product was as described, promised, and thoroughly packed, and received ahead of schedule. I would do business with in the future and recommend to friends/family.
