Quik Park

Very Rude!

DO NOT PARK HERE!!! I showed up 30 minutes after the 24 hour rate expired ($30). They refused to pro-rate the 30 minutes (~$5 at most nyc garages) and wanted more than double the 24 hour rate ($76). They also refused access to my vehicle if I wanted to leave it. You can only complain to an automated line that will not answer. Park across the street. 24 hour access to your vehicle for only $6 more (24hr rate). Way more friendly too.

This parking garage lied about their address in order to avoid giving a lower advertised price to park. They charge $38 instead of $21 and claimed they were unable to refund a credit card charge. Luckily I am protected because I use American Express. To add to the lack of professionalism at this garage, the attended proceeded to call me "mami".
