The only reason I am not giving this garage a zero is because the lowest rating is one star. The garage had a large sign in front stating that the fee to park on the weekend was $15.21 plus tax for any 12 hours, which would total $18.00. When I went to pick up my car, I was told that the charge was $20.00. The garage added a $2 processing fee because I did not pay in cash. When I objected, the garage attendant showed me a small sign inside the garage titled "Processing Fee" which set forth the processing fee at the bottom of the sign. When I told the attendant that no one would notice the sign, especially because the sign outside was so large and made no mention of a fee if paid by credit card. I did not have cash with me so I was forced to pay the processing fee; otherwise, I would not have been able to get my car out of the garage. In addition, the garage attendant was very rude.
I would never park in this garage again. The way the notice of the processing fee is handled is deceptive advertising and clearly unfair to the customer.
