100% SCAM!!!! Printed a coupon for parking between 4pm and 10pm. Got there at 3:45pm. Waited almost half an hour to pull into the garage (the street is narrow and they got nobody to serve you). Asked the guy if we could use the coupon and the guy said yes before we left our car with them. When we picked up the car 3 hours later the guy said we couldn't use the coupon and charged us $25 more because we entered the garage at 4:10pm, not before 4pm. My wife explained to him that it took us almost half an hour to get in plus the guy said it was ok for the coupon before we left the car with them, and they just didn't give a damn about it. Rude and uneducated staff with garbage service. They try to lure people in with these discounts and make you wait forever to get in and out and charge you the crazy regular rates. I have parked in the city so many times and this is the worst ripoff ever.
