Do not park with QuikPark. After receiving slow service, we picked up our call to find the entire driver-side mirror broken off. The apologetic attendant took the information and filed a claim, but no call was received. After dozens of left messages and conversations (in which Pablo, the manager at the garage even hung up on us) we are still trying to resolve this issue.

Do not park at this garage. I have been a loyal customer of the Quik Park garage for 8 months. I have been parking there 4 times a week and paying over 400 dollars a month to park there. A few weeks wow yes they like to over charge people

Do not park at this garage. I have been a loyal customer of the Quik Park garage for 8 months. I have been parking there 4 times a week and paying over 400 dollars a month to park there. A few weeks back I got to my car and noticed that there was a large scratch on the passenger side door. The manager on site first denied it had happened, but I assured him it was not there before I left and that it had happened in his garage. He then decided to write up a report with a claim number and told me to speak with their claim manager.
The claim manager has been evasive. I have left him a message 6 times with zero calls back. I had also called and emailed the president/CEO of the company Rafael Llopiz who also did not return my phone call or email. This charade has been going on for over a month.
Finally, I spoke with the Quik Park receptionist and got the Claim Manager on the phone Clifton Turner who had said that my claim was denied and it did not happen in the garage. I now have 1500 dollars worth of damages and they refuse to pick up the phone and resolve this. They have not responded to emails or calls back. Quik Park, Rafael Llopiz, and Clifton Turner run a very unethical company.
I would never park there again based on this treatment and would not recommend anyone else parking there ever.
