Very unprofessional! Over-charged for oil change for a Toyota Sienna. It cost me $105 for a regular oil change. And my tire when all flat out only after couple hours when they fixed it. Stay away from them!!

Highly unprofessional. They diagnose your vehicle through trial and error. The front desk mechanic told me that I’ll have to wait for 45 mins for an oil change and front break pad replacements. 45 mins turned into 1:30 hrs and my car was still in the parking lot waiting for them to bring it in. I asked him for an estimate and he said that he cannot give one until he inspects the car (fair enough). Once the car was analyzed they told me all the problems that they could think of, so I told them that I only care about the front break pads being replaced and the oil changed. After everything, the main mechanic tells me that it would cost $150, for the oil change and replacement of the front brake pads. Their asking price was $20-$30 higher than what I anticipated but since I waited for good 2-3 hrs, I decided to go ahead with it. Miraculously, they managed to change the oil, but couldn’t get the wheels off the car in order to replace the brake pads. Save your time and money and never go to this place, unless you just want to fill your car with gas.

Horrible service. If you take your car here you have to stay and watch them to make sure they actually do the work. Also the mechanics are clueless, they will tell you one thing is the cause of a problem and it turns out to be something else after the replaced the wrong thing. (I'm not talking easily confused things either. They confused a radiator/coolant system problem with a power steering pump problem. Not even close to the same things.)

First off they sell you problems that dont exist and will do work not authorized and over Charge you for them.STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE!
