Horrible experience,
Had appointment at 1:15pm, only one person was working and taking patients, other was out.
They took us in 2:10pm, so almost hour later
Person was so unpleasant and not friendly at all, we went for 1 year blood work with our daughter. Person who took the blood didn't check both arms even I made suggestions to check, she just started to stick needle into daughter arm, couldn't find her vein and after my daughter screamed from pain I told her to stop and check another arm.
I understand its really hard job and not always easy to find veins but she didn't even look at other arm before she started to stick needle and that made me really mad.
She was very unpleasant.
Horrible experience.
