I went to Lab today... I had to ring bell 5 times.. No one buzzed me in.. A nice man leaving let me in. There was no one at fronk desk. Waited 5 minutes fir this miserable unhappy young man to attend to me. He had no social or people skills for dealing with the public. He took my paper... Set it aside.. Went about some other business and left me sitting there. Finally he picked up paper and asked if i had Cigna? I said she and he replied that there was a possibility of an estimated fee up to $75.00 payable by credit or debit card. I told him to forget it that i had good insurance and no co payment. He went to say that my lab workup was close to $700.00 and $75.00 was a reasonable price. I left without labwork. Went downstairs and called Cigna they confirmed I have no fee or copay. What is this guy trying to do rip people off. Bad enough his demeanor and attitude. If he diesnt like his job he should quit. Who wamys to give their arm to a miserable person like that.

Great place to go if you want your credit card information stolen. Happened twice at the place so finally got the police involved. Fact: you do not have to hand over credit information at the site, they will send the bill to your residence.

I was In and out in less than 15 minutes. David Q was very professional and he managed to find a vein on the first try. This is a rarity for me since I have difficult veins that often require multiple sticks before they can get a blood sample. Also, the location is convenient since it is in a shopping center with abundant parking.I would definitely go here again for additional tests.

The clerk at the lab was really mean and rude. I got there at 1:20pm and I kept ringing the bell for suite 205, there was no answer. After waiting almost more than 20 minutes someone from the building was leaving so I was able to get in. Once I got in the clerk refused to help, yelled at me and kept on complaining because they were closing at 2pm and this would require him to stay longer. I kept quiet for a while because I was in need but he kept going off about how they don't do things there that way. I offered to come back another day because I felt bad but because of his attitude I told him I'm paying for this service and paid almost $500 so I don't appreciate the treatment in receiving from him. His response was telling me to go in the bathroom and peeing in a cup he handed to me. Overall I had a really bad experience and I was really uncomfortable that this same person stuck a needle in my arm and after finished all he said was "ok you're done". He did not tell me when where and how I'll b getting my results. I apologized for making him stay longer than he had to and left. This is no way to treat any customer or any regular person. His behavior was totally unacceptable.

rude. LAZY and messy. The employees look as if they just woke up and came to work. NO Shower. Disgusting.
