Quest Diagnostics Oradell PSC

The clerk is a little rude, unfriendly.. She never ever picks up the phone. I waited 3 hours, similar story to the previous review, I complained the nurse told me people had appointments and it was going to take longer, I called the numbers on the wall until I reached a supervisor and complained, that's how I was serviced. I got there at 8 am by the time I was done I left at 12. NEVER AGAIN !!!!

I was in and out. Went in earlier than my appointed time in the morning, very friendly accomodating lady took me in.

for the love of god do not go to this branch! go one mile up the road to old hook road in westwood. i arrived and waited 15 minutes, no one in the office no receptionist. after 10 minutes i heard a baby crying in the back so i knew someone was there. at that point a lady with a kid entered the office and signed in and sat near me. 5 minutes later the lady with the baby came out and the [only] nurse finally made an appearance and called the lady with the kid ahead of me. she stated they had a prior appt and she would get to me asap. 2 minutes later another lady arrived with 2 kids in tow and she sat down. although the first lady and kid were still in the back, the nurse appeared and called this lady and 2 kids ahead of me as well. 39 minutes had passed since i arrived, and i was the only patient not seen. I got up and drove right to westwood and waited less than 5 minutes. I will NEVER go back to the oracle office for anything please head my warning
