Simply awful. Staff shooting the breeze while crowds wait. Never again.

My doctor drew my blood so I can't make a complaint against Quest for that. I lost a crucial report and I requested another from Quest. They sent me many complicated pages of changed information. I suspect they were protecting the doctor because he goofed big time! They want to make sure they get his business and make it difficult for me to go after the doctor because they gave me pages of confused information. I have since changed doctors and labs. The Quest Lab I used is stationed in Teteboro, New Jersey.

Made an appointment, waited only about 5 minutes, had a friendly and efficient person take blood, no drama, no complaints. Not the most elegant surroundings, and some sketchy-looking people in the waiting room, but we aren't billionaires, are we?

I received the best care here. I made an appointment online, which they honored and took me right away. The phlebotomist was professional with a very pleasant and friendly personality. She was extremely thorough with my papers and took my blood quickly and without any problems or discomfort. I am a fainter, and I had one of the worst fainting spells I've ever had, and the phlebotomist remained calm and took phenomenal care of me. I recovered relatively quickly and even though she had a room full of patients, she made sure to check in on me and make sure I was okay. Overall, I am usually shocked and disgusted by the lack of professionalism and skill I encounter in the medical field, but this Quest experience made me believe in the dignity of the human race. Haha, I know that's dramatic, but it's true! Make an appointment. :)
