Quest Diagnostics Hempstead PSC

Very poor service. I went here for a routine drug screen for my job. My employer informed me that there was a "fatal flaw" the container had been tampered with and not properly sealed, so they could not retrieve results. I went to my job, got another form, and went back to this location a second time to re-do the screening, explained my reason for returning, handed the technician the form, and he told me that the form was invalid because I had written my name on the form(where it clearly asked for my name and ss). Wtf???!!!! I told him that I had submitted it like this to him the first time and he accepted it, and HE took my urine, but of course he denied that. He is the only tech in this office. Never go here!!!!

2nd trip to this lab... clean with a very efficient technician. good touch when taking blood. small, clean waiting area with ample parking. most importantly, in and out with little to no fuss.
