OMG. This place is a DUMP!
Filthy, disgusting, horrible in every way, plus the staff is rude to boot.
I had to complete a pre-employment test here so I had to stay - otherwise, I would have walked out after taking one look at the place. I bathed in Purell afterward!!!
I would not even bring a DOG here. Stay Away!!!!!

I made an appointment and it took them 35 minutes to see me. The employees took care of the people who didn't have an appointment first and did not look at the sign in sheet

My wife brought our 1 month old to this office (with a prescription form our pediatrician) in August 2010 for blood testing. After first telling my wife that he "never heard of HIP" or "Emblem Health", the man who was supposed to do the blood work then refused our child because claiming that our health insurance was only for NY. I called HIP shortly thereafter and confirmed that our plan was for the tri-state area. They called Quest and also confirmed that Quest should have not turned my wife and child away.

So far I've brought my child here twice...once at around 1 yr old, and then at 1.5 yr old for blood testing. Both times, they were successful at drawing blood from her on the first attempt. I never realized this was worth mentioning until a nightmare experience at the Rutherford office.
A minor nitpick was that they didn't see me until about 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.
